The KEY to beating Purdue is to be STRONG with the ball. In all facets. We need the 1-2-2 zone. We need the twin towers, we need dj posting up their guard. We need Sampson and Iverson to be strong and aggressive. We need Devoe, Hoff, and LW to be sure and strong when dribbling.

The last two games have been like a boxing match where we were jabbing and throwing punches before the opponent has a chance..that is the attitude we need.

stop the wide open mid-range and outside shots. Purdue is all about nailing those a 2-2-1 would certainly help prevent that...I would even throw a match up zone into the mix.

getting 1 or 2 of their big three in foul trouble is the key, IMO. If Hummel, Moore and/or Johnson spends considerable time spectating...we have a chance.
