@ESPNAndyKatz Minnesota fans always travel well, regardless of the sport. And the Butler nation is well-represented.

I find this interesting because I feel that on this board (bball and football) we always criticize our fan base of NOT traveling well.

I've always thought when there is an opportunity, Minnesota fans travel well.

The '99 Sun Bowl was great, Final Four run and '99 Tourney were great. Frozen Fours are great. Repeated lower-tier bowls not so much, but there is little to draw fans to Nashville for the fourth straight year.

I'm not sure I would travel five minutes to see that team put up less than 50 points on PORTLAND.
