Kaler Conference Call?

Did anyone else get the call?

Kaler have an alumni conference call tomorrow night that will allow us to ask questions. No mention of topics.

I highly doubt it has anything to do with coaching search...but I can imagine a scenario where they are making a large financial commitment to a new coach/facilities and this might be a chance to make a broad-brush case for donations.

Got the invitation to join the call via post card. Sounds more like a "press the legislature for more money" thing than anything else. Did not come through anything sports oriented. I suspect he will be compelled to comment on coaching situation, all the money numbers flying around, etc.

Also told them Thursday before Easter is a brutal time for such a thing. If this was planned to concide with coaching change, they had this thing rolling a long time ago.

This has been going on for a couple of weeks, maybe more. It's a fundraising/PR effort, nothing to do with the coaching search.

Tons of people got the card even THE SCOUT! ...It was mailed BBM not first class... They need money for all the Golden Parachutes and "newly created positions"
