I was flipping through the TV last night and caught a play fom the Bengals vs. Patriots game. Patriots punting, and the Bengal Reciever was interfered with making a fair catch. The Bengal announcer said, there's a flag on the field and that will be a penalty for, " illicit contact." I couldn't believe what I heard, played it back. Then I thought if you cover the Bengals its probably term they use frequently.
