Am I correct that it was 45 years ago today when Minnesota last held all three trophys?

Correct. We had the Jug and Axe from our 1977 victories and won Floyd 10/14/78. We lost the Jug on 10/28/78, so we had all three trophies for two weeks.

All that needs to happen now is to beat Wisconsin in a few weeks, and have Michigan forfeit their season before the Iowa game next year and all 3 will be in Minneapolis

We play Michigan again next year before we play Iowa or Wisconsin so we will have a chance in 2024 to have all 3!

Is there precedent for this? Do teams who vacate wins ordinarily give over the trophies they earned from those vacated wins?

I think if the wins are vacated the trophy stays in MI because the cheating started in 2021 and Mich won the jug back in 2015 and retained it since. If they actually forfeit the games it could be different.
