Sounds like he went from an ivy league position coach to big ten position coach/special teams coach to Glorified GA and now to just a special teams coach.....What is his next move? Texas Equip Manager? or MAC Academic counselor?
The way some of these coaches operate is hilarious. They interview and tell every potential employer how great it would be to be a part of their staff and then as soon as something better comes up they take off. If i was hiring coaches the first thing i would look for is loyalty. If you hire a guy and he leaves a few months or weeks later it really sets things on the program back in my opinion.
