"Coach-very strong signs Jerry Kill-Northern Illinois is the likely choice. Working hard for 100 % confirmation."

Go Gophers!!

Not the biggest fan ... but ... I support him if he's the next coach.

Fool me once shame on you
Fool me twice Shame on me

if true, what a HUGE letdown... 'buzz-kill'!!

I'd rather have Edsall personally.

He has been playing at a bigger level than Kills

Yes, I'd rather have Edsall than Kill as well.

This better not be true.

If so, not my first choice, I would also guess that this would mean that they got turned down by several more high profile coaches. They could do worse though, I can see Gray thriving in his offense.

Two things.
#1. Jerry Kill kind of looks like Tom Cruise in Tropic Thunder.
#2. Joe Schmitt is always spot on with his tweets. Just ask the folks down at Southern Mississippi.

If that's the case, the reaction will be funny, but not really. A boring MAC mofo, who looks like the assistant manager at Radio Shack is not what this program needs. If Jerry Kill is the face of a 3-9 season, look out!! Crickets churping inside TCF and gang graffiti on the walls outside. TCF is gonna be a dark, empty, bad neighborhood on game nights.

If he's wrong... Joe Schmidt needs to re-retire for his reporting performance during this process.

Man has a head like a bruised testicle.

this would be such a disgusting hire... a nightmare, really.

Gray tweeted "yes". Than a few minutes later he tweeted he knows who it is.

Worth noting that JS has been the most reliably unreliable tweeter.

If this is true, my support for Kill will begin promptly.

However, my support for Maturi will end for good. He would have failed to bring us the home run coach we desperately needed.

What is the difference between Kill and Wacker?

both guys won at smaller levels of college football.

if true

just goes to show how this program is viewed from a national perspective.

nothing against Jerry Kill a more known quantity than something called Tim Brewster but this creates no buzz whatsoever.

Kill's offense would be perfect for Gray. I'm not surprised he's happy, if that is the case.

Luckily, Gray would be playing the games and the folks on here can watch out for the falling sky.
