Jerry Kill's key to success? "Make it hard for somebody to take your assistants."

I am torn on this a bit. I sure like having stability, but if some coaches have aspirations of running their own program, let them give it a whirl.
If Claeys or Limegrover were to move on, I'm sure they would not take too many coaches with them. That said, it may be a good opportunity for someone like Zebrowski or Sawvel to move up and be a coordinator.
Also, I like getting some new blood now and then. Kill has been around long enough that I am pretty sure he'd find a good fit.
The coaches may well deserve a bump in their pay, but be reasonable.

id rather see limegrover leave than claeys.... and when Christ left wisc... he took quite a few coaches with him.... if limegrover left... im guessing Zebrowski. Sawvel and Anderson probably go with him...

Um, Jerry Kill pays his assistant's salaries. Like the other 120 coaches. Teague is out of the loop. Educate yourself.

I didn't know all 120 had that situation. I just read this week about different coaches having an assistant coach "pot" to draw from.
So, I assume Claeys' $13k bump was added to the pot? I think that's what some of the posters are asking from Teague. I certainly think continuity is vital in the rebuilding process. Having the same position coach means I don't have to learn a new guy's drills/techniques, I can add to the layers already ingrained.

Also nice to see Bobby Hauck got an extension at UNLV after making a bowl game. Seemed like a classy guy.

...they say that Christ was in hell for three days before arising. I suspect he was in Wisconsin at that time...

Did they start the rapture without me? Damn it.

Well at least Christ left Bielema behind. Not that there was any doubt.
