ASU guy. Y'all have a very enviable returning pass rush, considering I think Menz and Howard are just getting started.

If your DTs aren't awful, you're going to have a truly intimidating defensive front.

If you could just run the ball again, you'll be really good.

Some have said maybe Howard bulks up and plays a little DT. Smith is so big could he do the same? It might help his draft stock if he shows some added versatility. Matt Kingsbury is 6-3/230 as a sophomore and showed some pass rushing chops. Maybe he plays a little DE. Do we have a surprise or two in store for next year? Get your best players on the field any way you can!

I’d say no but you could put all three in on passing downs.

Smith probably has the size to move inside in some passing situations where you want a speed rush up the middle.

Looking at the roster there are a number of D-Line players like Sunram who are young and have some pretty good size. Guys that will be hitting their redshirt sophomore and redshirt junior seasons when lineman start to hit their stride.

Will be interesting to see how they attack the D-Line in the portal, should give us a pretty good indication on where they feel the young guys are at in terms of being ready to take on a bigger role.
