Under Best performance:

South Dakota State's Nate Wolters vs. IPFW (Feb. 7): On a night when the basket looked like a hula-hoop, Wolters erupted for 53 points on 17-of-28 shooting in his team's 80-74 victory. Wolters was 9-of-14 from beyond the arc.

***Under most maddening: Both Illinois and Mn got named for inconsistent play.

I really don't understand the Victor Oladipo hype. It's another one of those ESPN love boosting a player's value situations IMO.

If Trevor was healthy all year and getting him the ball on the block was a priority all year he probably would have had a shot at first team. Overall I like his picks.
Who would be on your 3rd team in this scenario?
Dre
Watford
White
T. Johnson
G Harris

Oladipo's defense is something. His stats are huge but Indiana is a loaded team. Indiana's weakness is a lack of a physical pressence and maybe mental toughness.

Oladipo averaging 13.7 ppg, but he is shooting 63%fg, 74 % ft, and 49% on 3's. He obviously could score 20 a game if that is what his team needed. Close race for B Ten player of the year though as I could see Burke getting it. Zeller had a disappointing year as he doesnt demand enough touches.

I think he is a stud, the best player on that team hands down. Top defender, and shoots over 60% from the field. He is probably a 1st team all-american this year as well.

+1

The past game against Ohio State notwithstanding, I'm amazed how this guy takes over close games in the final minutes. He's a big time player who could put up bigger numbers if he chose to/hogged the ball like some other players. He would get my vote for Big 10 POY.
