Just realized he won't have burrow throwing to him this year??
A small gamble as a few receievers could play their way ahead of him but looks to be a top 10 pick regardless. So hard to blame him given the state of things.

I would imagine the combination of having someone other than Burrow throwing him the ball and a schedule with no cupcakes, just SEC defenses on it, had quite a bit to do with this decision. Hard to blame him, I can't imagine him improving his draft stock more than it is right now. Best of luck, young man!

Chase wouldn't have helped LSU this year anyway, according to Galt. He wasn't going to be a draftable senior.

Wise choice, the SEC and LSU do not have the players best interests in mind. He has to look out for himself and protect his family. Any player with certain draft stock would be a fool to play this year.
