The B1G in general is a very clean conference (at least since Michigan fab five years). You see this in the recruiting number over recent years. Yes, the teams do still get a fair share of local high-talent that just want to play for the state U, but how considering MSU's success, how often does Izzo get a guy from outside the B1G footprint?
