The Gophers had two bad timings versus Michigan State. The FIRST game of the B10 season, MSU needed to make a statement, and they did. Then we played them after they had two consecutive home losses, they had to make a statement and they did. The Gophers had the unfortunate scheduling of playing MSU at those two times, and really took our confidence away. So after Purdue clobbered MSU tonight, I stand up for my Title Statement...It is NOT who you play, it is WHEN you play them. Better things are ahead, Gopher Fans.
