With life under Joel Maturi we should have never fired Mason as he is completely incapable of fulfilling the duty of AD.

I will stand by canning Mason. We had plateaued and the guy was a prick who didnt want to put in the work to get any better. We just hired the wrong guy to replace him.

We will see what Kill turns into, but i am underwhelmed.
