All depends. If Coyle was working behind the scenes to contact/line up candidates before firing Claeys, then the job search could proceed quickly.
On the other hand, if they fired Claeys and then started the job search without laying any groundwork, this could go on for a while.
Coyle is on the spot - it's like he's taking his driving test and all of us are watching live, waiting to see if he knocks over a pole while parallel parking. (did that 1st time I took the road test)
