is there a time when we will know who recruit number and number two are
or do they filter in all day long?
It is my understanding that there is no particular order but the process seems to vary by school. Iowa, for example, I think asks that all LOIs come in by 11am central or something. The U seems to follow a similar though less formal protocol. Some guys have things going on so there are some stragglers, but usually they come in big chunks throughout the day. If most or all are not received by noon there is usually some conspiracy theorist that starts distributing the stragglers to different schools.
