Winners update from Illinois week. Some guy took top honors with a log jam in 2nd place. Congratulations Some guy! See below Iowa week picks for results.

On a side note, we were delayed a bit this week. The rank choice voting really caused some confusion this week. In addition noamfromm’s wife had a baby yesterday! Congratulations to the noamfromm family!

Year long Standings. Due to some not picking during particular weeks due to outside events etc. We cut it off at 61 points despite a couple of the bottom people missed weeks also. No sense making those people look bad due to unforeseen circumstances.

Ole Miss, in a night game in Faulkner territory, gets past the Aggies. Lots of back and forth.
Auburn at home chastises MIss. St.
SMU and UCF have similar records, and SMU let me down against Houston, but home field should win it for them. High scoring.
Notre Dame will beat Virginia.
Oklahoma could lose to Baylor, but probably will squeak by in another high scorer. Could go either way
Wake Forest will bounce back in a basketball score game against it's equal, NC State.
Georgia will beat Tennessee.
Oklahoma St. will bring Jerry Kill's one game winning streak at TCU to an end.
Wisconsin at home should toy with Northwestern.
Indiana is the underdog, but should rise from pain to bite somebody. Better it be Rutgers than us.
Michigan State should tell Maryland to stay in the hotel. The Spartans are angry enough to take on the Persians again.
Michigan may be walking into a trap at Penn State and an upset would not be a surprise. Should be close and tough.
Ohio State at home should outscore Purdue, but the game may be more competitive than many expect.
Iowa, at home with its Roman Colosseum crowd, and the nation's 8th best defense against the run, should beat the Gophers yet again. The loss would have been affordable if the Gophers had beaten Illinois, but now it isn't. May be windy and chilly, but somehow MN would have to rescue their passing game from 122nd of 130 teams. Probably won't happen.
Death Valley has been the death of many visitors and LSU should give a good Arkansas team more than they can handle in a close game that is for pride. Arkansas has a better record, but Death Valley is a special place.
Gophers kick a lot of field goals to get to 23 points.
