lol, after that NW game Iowa thought they were going to come in here and just blow us out. I love watching them unravel like this.

To be fair, GHs weren't much better 2 weeks ago. About a hundred posters declared we wouldn't win another game around trashing of ML7, Limey, and even Kill.

I peeked on their board. My favorite comment was something like:

"If fans transfer, do they have to sit out a year?"
 


This is the most satisfying win I can remember. Completely dismantling a rival from start to finish.

We probably will need to have Dpodoll answer this one. Maybe Wait!What? should find out for us by transfering. His Debby Downer act last week was pathetic and embarrassing.

Yeah, they really filled that stadium with Iowa fans - NOT. We saw that by the empty seats at the end of the game, mainly just one block in a corner. Nothing significant showing by their fans or there team.
 

I shook the hand of the guy who was still there in the 4th quarter. Seriously, been there done that, but they GOT DESTROYED!

Funny story about Eric “***********” Lewis……I follow his twitter account, which I highly recommend to anyone who enjoys learning more about human psychosis and bat-**** craziness in general.

Anyways- on his twitter account this AM he said something along the lines of “I’m at the Dangerous Man brewery with some friends and we just kicked the only gopher “***” in the place out of the building”.

I was actually there at the time of his post. I sent him a private message and basically told him to stand up and raise his hand so that i could come introduce myself. Needless to say, I didn’t get a reply!
 

I know it's the classic definition of trolling...but I had to go the their boards and read the angst. Like the rug The Big Lebowski, it really brought the room together after the Gophers dismantled their team.

Well, at least they got that automatic win against pathetic Iowa State. Oh wait, never mind.
 


Iowa fans are in another world of their own...they're delirious and bunch of idiots. Nice to see Coach Kill execute a good old-fashioned ass-kicking to them. Hahahahaha..........
 

If it is our last win (which I hope is not) but if it is against the butt sore Hawkeyes I will take it!
 

On the topic of Iowa fans, there were fewer of them at this game by a massive margin than at any I can remember since my first Gophers-Iowa game at Memorial Stadium back in 1980. In general Hawkeyes fans seem totally disenchanted with their team. Even as the blow out was in full force, they seemed not angry or embarrassed, but instead sadly resigned. Fans in the bar afterwards talked like they view the program as being in a state of managed decline (they're still decent, but the Rose Bowls and even Orange Bowls are long gone with things expected to get worse before they get better).
