They go into Illinois and make a game of it. NW goes into MSU and make a game of it. The Gophers do not even compete - its so disheartening - missed layups - turnovers, crappy defense.

MN went to MSU and competed. They have competed in every game this year except the OSU game. You can't be on all the time, and we all know this team is not loaded with talent so we need to be on to even compete. Let's be realistic, we are missing arguably 3 of our best 4 players and have Westbrook guarding Evan Turner. That mix doesn't equal success.
