After last season, Fleck had to deal with:

— A losing season

— Loss of his defensive coordinator

— An immediate need to rebuild the quarterback position.

Here's how Fleck responded to these problems:

— He went 7-5 and was very competitive in every game.

— He hired Corey Hetherman (huge success!)

— He secured Max Brosmer as new starter and Drake Lindsey as the future QB (huge success + excellent potential!)

-------------

Now, Luke Fickell must deal with some very similar problems.

— He's about to face the blowback from the worst Wisconsin season in years.

— He needs a new offensive coordinator.

— He needs to find some quarterbacks, ASAP.

-------------

I really can't wait to see how this plays out!

It’s funny hoe Fickell seemed so in control at Cincinnati, but he does not look like a confident coach right now.

Maybe it’s the Fickell finger of fate! See who remembers that.

Fickell is the only guy since 1990 that couldn’t win at Ohio staye

He sucks ass
Hope they keep him around

Frost crushed at UCF, then went to Nebraska ...

Fickell crushed at Cincy, then went to Wisconsin ... (I hope!)

It’s almost like it’s easier to win when you’re the best situation in your conference compared to being in the middle

Meanwhile Fickell is 6-6 while being in the best situation in his conferejce
