three things seem very apparent on the positive side.

1. Kill has a lot of confidence in his coaches.
2. Kill has a lot of confidence in his system.
3. Kill has a lot of confidence in their ability to evaluate talent.

This is not intended to be a slam in any way. I think it is different for us.

Mason use to pass on the best players simply because he gave up the moment the helmet schools started knocking and in some cases did not even bother trying. Kill is trying to get the recognizable star players yet offers and signs unknown players on the spot from his camps.
