Thanks that was fun to watch again, didn't see the headphones being thrown down and Maxx makes me smile too after his catch.
 

He broke a good pair of headphones. Take it out of his check. Indiana can get their revenge in 2018. He won't be there.
 

He was on the field when it happened too. Should have been a penalty (not that it really would have mattered).

When the play first happened, I thought pretty much everyone stopped playing for a second. But Aaron Hill never stopped. Really heads up play.
 






Everyone's talking about Hill's heads up play, but how about Vereen sniffing that play out - it threw that whole play for a loop. Ironically, it was probably a good thing that Vereen was clueless about the backwards pass and didn't make a play for the ball, because Hill had an easy grab since he was the only one trying for it.

By the way, it's not clear to me that Hill was going full speed at the ball either. But he was still the smartest of the 6 players near the ball on that play.
 



I'm embarrassed to tell how many times I have re-watched that play. I agree that Brock not realizing it was a fumble ironically helped as it didn't tip the IN RB off to the fact that he also didn't think about it. Hill, however, never slowed moving toward the play then the ball. I believe he knew the situation the whole time. Smart kid, smart play.
