If Trevor is suspended, EE has to play right?

If the worst case scenario happens and Mbakwe misses significant time, Tubby has to start playing EE doesn't he? We can't just roll with Colt and Ralph can we? Rodney would have to play almost exclusively at PF if we didn't add EE to the mix.

Two words: Dom Dawson... haha. I mean obviously we're gonna have a huge void in big men, but is it really worth it to throw an unproven frosh into the B10?? Also, without Trev, this team is very average and I don't think EE is going to solve any problems.

If Trevor is suspended for any length of time, it would be a complete waste to strip EE's redshirt year. Without Trevor, the Gophers aren't going anywhere (NCAA), anyways. Hope it doesn't come to that, but the coaching staff still has to think long term (having EE for 4 full seasons), not short term. There wouldn't be much to gain by having EE start his freshman season in the middle of January.
