My sleeplessness started last Thursday (Sept 3) before I left for Syracuse. I tried to text the wife (gopherfaith) near kick-off, but my fingers wouldn't work. As the Gophers drove for the tying FG, my left side went numb. As Ellestad's winning kick split the uprights, I wept along with his parents.

By 6:00 PM tomorrow, I will be a mess. By 10:00 PM, I will be ecstatic.
