GH'ers, any recommendations for an alternative to StubHub for tickets on the secondary market? I've used them pretty frequently but never will again after a horrible experience this last weekend at a concert when my tickets never arrived the customer service was completely helpless, outside of providing a refund 30 minutes before a concert I drove out of state for. I was able to buy on Ticketmaster immediately and get the tickets delivered in time, but I couldn't believe StubHub's policies and lack of customer support. Shame on me though as this is the second time this happened to me, the previous time was 3 years ago.

I won't use them again, ever.

Any recommendations on other options that have good supply and availability of most events? And ideally an option that transfers the tickets immediately or at least vets the seller to ensure they actually have the tickets?

Thanks for any recommendations.

Go Gophers!!

I have had good limited success with buying resale tickets on AXS, probably half a dozen times.

Selling them on AXS was more challenging, but eventually worked out.

I also think their App is really slick for distributing tickets purchased (regular price) and transferring them to others going to the event.

Seat Geek. Especially for the Twins. It's where the season ticket holders are advised to sell. Lower fees than Stub Hub. And because they are the MLB partner they show up in the Ballpark app within seconds of purchase.

Also used for Gopher football. Not quite as slick (have to download the tickets) but no issue.

GameTime seems to be gaining some traction and a number of the podcasts I listen to are hyping it. I've only been on there a few times but it seems to be solid from what I can see?

I have tended to stick with the platform that "holds" the tickets for my season tickets in the first place, if that makes sense?

Vegas Golden Knights - primarily uses AXS
Las Vegas Raiders - primarily uses TicketMaster
Arizona Cardinals - primarily uses Seat Geek

I don't have the foggiest idea if that actually makes any difference at all? I agree though, I like to avoid TM at all costs if possible. They've been raping sports fans for decades.
