This will be my one and only comment made about the coaching search until a coach is named. A quick announcement (anything less than 7 days since the firing) to me would be way too hasty of a decision, as that would preclude any of the coaches (& possibly assistants) from having a serious discussion about the job.

Sure, I am anxious to find out who the coach will be, however what's the rush?
