I'm still alive and well. Why? Because I've always been a Gopher fan. I like the M-MEN who stood up and said what they think. I like them a lot better than the student section fans who never show up and people who like fantasy football star rankings. I don't like maturi and prexy b and I'll be awfully happy when Prexy K takes over.

But, IF Kill is the hire, and he takes the time to evaluate the players he has returning and puts them into the best possible situation that he can to win as many games as possible starting from game #1 in the 2011 season, I'll support him as much as I possibly can.

I'll let you fair weather fans moan and groan about the hire. I'll let you threaten to not renew. I'll let you talk about the place being a deserted little band box in 2011. Coach Kill (if he is the one) and I will get along just fine without some of you people.

I hope he keeps a coach or two around who will know the players who are returning. Horton and maybe one other coach would be good.

So, if Coach Kill is the one...good luck, best wishes and I'll be there cheering for your team Coach!

Thank Heavens that prexy b will have been shown the door by then. Hopefully Prexy K will bring in his new AD and will throw maturi under the bus asap.

We will start the Prexy K era with Coach K. EVERY Big Ten win is a very precious win! Good luck and best wishes!
 

I think you mean the M-LITTLE BOYS who run around crying to the media and opposing coaches and AD's when they don't get their way.
 

Also, you forgot to call him MACturi.

Don't you and your "M Men" buffoons over at SGF have some calls to make to Northern Illinois and Wisconsin to try to stop the U from hiring a football coach? Or aren't you keeping up on the rumors?

wren is right on this one. If it's Kill I'll still be at TCF next year and will be supporting the coach.

You mean when the AD doesn't follow the accepted hiring protocol, he shouldn't be called on it?

His last coaching hire was a disaster - why does he get a pass because he can't pursue candidates properly?
 



If it matters, I'm 43 years old and I'll be there as well ...
