per the World Herald:
Nebraska is preparing for size and a no-nonsense approach this week with the Minnesota offense.
“The physicality of their play is what’s really impressive,” NU defensive coordinator Mark Banker said Monday.
The Huskers travel to Minneapolis for a 2:30 p.m. game Saturday with the Gophers. Although Minnesota struggled offensively to start the season, it produced a season-high 326 rushing yards at Purdue on Saturday, including 234 in the second half.
“They do a lot,” NU assistant coach Hank Hughes said. “They run a lot of different plays. They give you a lot to prepare for. And they’re physical, and they’re big.”
