My immediate thought is when does this guy sleep? He is truly the embodiment of his HYPER culture.
He lives it. He is genuine. He is full of energy. He cares about the players and the community. He loves his high pressure job. For some people his vivacity and peppiness is out of this world and gimmicky. Consequently, some recruits and other people are turned off by him.
IMHO, the real secret to his success is that he teaches his players to put urgency in improving their lives through failures and achieving success. Not just in football, but in all facets of life. You just don't dream about being a champion. You train to be one.
