I thought the bottom had dropped after the loss to USD, then we lost 6 more in a row and fired Timmy BS. Then we win a couple of games that we were not supposed to and everyone is back engaged again after the Iowa win. Now gopher nation waits in anticipation and excitement for a well-known, bandwagon pleasing, stadium filling Head Coach and we end up with a Glen Mason/rebuilding type coach that we had 5 years ago. I thought this was not good enough Joel, I thought with the new stadium we should be relevant again with our wicked brethren to the east and south. Joel Maturi will now live in infamy as the man that not only brought down gopher football into the abyss but will be the cause of many non-revenue sports being forced to close up shop. Thanks Joel.
