How many games wil the B1G win this bowl season?

Without knowing the match ups, I think it's impossible to make a prediction.

It's going to be tough as most of the conference will be playing up a bowl game or two. The only team that has "earned" their respective bowl game is Nebraska (Assuming they crush Wisconsin). Everyone else was bumped up due to two ineligible teams. That is going to take its toll on the conference this bowl season.

Agreed. It is conceivable the B1G could lose every bowl game because each matchup will be tougher than normal.

Hard to say without knowing the matchups. I could see either Wisco or Nebraska beating either UCLA or Stanford. I don't think either Big Ten team would have beaten Oregon, though.

Once the matchups are announced, we need Stan to put together a Poll.

Until then, this thread is just babbling "idiot wind".

Certainly impossible to make good ones. I will offer some bad predictions.

Nebraska wins the Rose Bowl, I think they can take UCLA or Stanford.

Purdue is terrible, and made a bowl game by beating three really bad B1G teams, I think Purdue gets annihilated whoever they get matched up against.

MSU is a bad team that frequently chokes, I don't think they win whoever they play.

I think NW is an underrated team that will end up in a tough matchup, they probably win in my opinion.

Wisconsin is not as good as they have been in the past, and they will lose when the spike the ball with one second left to run out the clock.

I think Michigan will be overmatched because of everyone "moving up", and will lose.

Minnesota wins because I am a homer.

So in a very premature projection, I have the B1G going 3-4.

B10 could go 4-3 or 3-4, hard to say without knowing opponents. The Gophers, sorry to say, will likely be blown out by either Baylor or Tex Tech playing before friendly crowds; Michigan and Wisconsin are good teams and should hold their own, ditto Northwestern. Mich St has a 4th in-the-nation defense - they are better than we might think going only by won-lost; Purdue will play hard for the coach, if he's still there. Stanford would be very tough for Nebraska and the Huskers have already lost to UCLA on its home field, the Rose Bowl. It's absolutely a shame that Ohio State, for infractions mild compared to what is coming at Auburn, is frozen out of a possible national championship, plus the NCAA overreaction re Penn State should have had nothing to do with this year's team, which should be in a bowl game.

I hope we get Texas Tech instead of Baylor. Seeing Lache Seastrunk gut our defense would be no bueno.
