The dominoes just keep falling. If BYU backs away from their plans to join the WAC for all sports but football, this puts the MWC at 12, so they can have a championship game. The WAC looks less and less viable for BYU. If BYU sticks with it, MWC will just add another team.

This would mean that C-USA would need to raid someone in order to have a championship game. Maybe MTSU will be making the jump.

They have a natural rival in the conference already, UAB. Plus, both schools already play each other, why not make it a conference game?
