Was just looking at the schedule. Why in the world can't you have the Homecoming game at a nice time. I mean really ... a Homecoming game at 11:00 a.m.
We need a few more wasted folks in the stands instead of all the passive fans sitting on their hands. I don't mean Wisconsin wasted like the guy three rows in front of me last year. Just a little less inhibited than the normal fan.
We are heavily committed to a spending "arms race" in college sports. We play when they tell us because we are in an endless search for ever more money. Indeed, I wonder what we would not sell for more money. Correct answer: not much.
I know it is all about TV but you would think each school would be able to make an exception for
their Homecoming game.
I'm disappointed in the 11 AM start time for the Homecoming game for the selfish reason of wanting to be there. Twin Cities Marathon is that morning and I'm running in it for the first time....
I'm running it as well - it's on Sunday.
He might be running the 10K.

Boy is my face red. I am running the full marathon but was looking at the date for the 10k.
I officially do not care about the 11 AM start time for the homecoming game!...Although I suppose if I'm going to run 26.2 miles the next day I probably won't drink as much as I normally would.
Done. Our whole group is usually tanked. And obnoxious to the opposing band/spirit squads. But we'll give the USC cheerleaders this year a reprieve.
