The first half of this game was as badly reffed as I've seen since last Big Ten season, probably worse than any game since the game at Kohl Center last year. Puke. Robbie Hummel and Jajuan Johnson have gotten away with a lot of hand slapping underneath the hoop, and Kramer and a few of their other guys are really bodying up our boys and getting a lot of hands in there, with very few calls. That's ok, if the reverse is also true, which isn't, as evidenced by strange travelling calls on made buckets by Nolen (foul not called, either), an offensive foul call on Westbrook (exact same call went the other way on the other end against DJ), and a bunch of ticky-tack calls, including very questionable body fouls called on our top two scorers (Westbrook, Hoff). Yuck, these officials should be ashamed, the Gophers are outplaying Purdue, but the refs won't let them win.

If this game had flipped reffing bias, the Gophers would be up by at least 7+, IMO. Hopefully the Gophers get these same kind of calls in Big Ten play at Williams Arena to make up for this mess; though I doubt they'll get anything this blatant.
