With him coaching this team we win by ten.He wouldn't tolerate the same mistakes over and over.
 


I love Knight as a color commentator, but look at his record in the twilight of his career. Whether at Texas Tech or Indiana, things were fairly mediocre for his teams at the end.

Yes he did. Maybe for tonight the Tubby bashers will stay away.
 



Don't worry. The tubby bashers will always find something to complain about...even in the midst of a solid victory. :(

You're right, one NCAA appearance in 4 years with what looks to be an NIT team in his 5th year. If a football coach makes 1 bowl game in 5 seasons at a school like MN he gets fired. For some reason Tubby doesn't even get any heat?? Let's extend him at $2m per year!!!

Didn't take long, did it?

Give it a rest, man. You can always wait for the next loss to begin bashing on Tubby again. If you can't appreciate the coaching job he did tonight to get these guys ready to play after losing our best player and our starting center, then you're as biased against him as you claim those of us who are on his side are.

on top of that, please get your facts right if you are going to interject negativity on the night of a solid win. It's 2 NCAA appearances in 4 years, not 1. Get some rest and try again tomorrow.

With Coach K we win by 20

With John Wooden we win by 30

With Flip we with by 40

Not a good comparison. First of all, instead of 85 scholarship players on the team for football, basketball will have 15 or less. With injuries and transfers, it's easier for a football team to come back from them than it is for a basketball team. Also, more teams make a bowl game in football then don't. In basketball, 64 teams make the NCAA tourney out of 300+ teams.
