I had a co-worker who called herself a party promotor. She would put on these parties and ultimately the photos made it to her facebook page. It's sort of like playing make believe, but you're an adult. You rent part of a nightclub for your exclusive party, you invite people, you have theme or at least a dress code and then everyone comes and acts like they're having a great time (drinking chi chi drinks and whatnot). You have a photographer so everyone gets some great pics of themselves all dressed up and having a good time.

Does the UMPD have jurisdiction downtown? If not, I assume that we can count on the Mpls PD to monitor the proceedings and take whatever action is necessary to provide for another 12 months of Royce White obsession on the GopherHole BB Board.
 



Yep, the police have caused Royce all this trouble. How dare they!
