Has anyone seen Maxx Williams play??

Curious to see what people's thoughts are about him as I've never seen him. Certainly has the bloodlines as his dad played for the Gophers and was a first round pick and his grandpa was the QB at Notre Dame and played for the Chicago Bears.

Is he BT material?
 



No harm intended, I wasn't actually insulting him, and this board needs more bubba sparxxx references. I sincerely am interested in hearing about him, and if he fits with Kill's needs I hope we get him.

Personally, the more red headed kids on our team the better. If we could get a squad of Andy Dalton's, we'd be rose bowl bound and beat the badgers.

You were right about having a few and watching the hockey game though...
 

I saw him play last fall and he dominated against a weaker team. He has good size and runs extremely tough. I only saw him pass the ball a few times and he looked to have good pocket presense...he s a fantastic kid~very respectful and outgoing.

I believe his mother played Volleyball at the U and her brother also played for the Gophers in football and maybe in the NFL. I can't think of the name but I believe the mothers family is from Waconia.

He will not be a qb at the next level. Either a LB or a TE I would guess.
 

Where's he from? Is that the QB from Waconia? If so I've seen him and he's a beast that CAN throw not just TE/LB material
 

Maxx was the QB at Waconia this year. Sounds like he is getting attention from NE & WI along with the Dakota schools. Great blood lines, Brian was at the U and NFL, Mom was gopher volleyball player, uncle Ron Goetz was also standout at U. Hopefully Kill will take a close look!

His gramps was All American QB at Notre Dame
 

Brian Williams and Ron Goetz were both very good players, I think Brian williams had double vision and was out of the NFL for a couple years after being poked in the eye, kind of a scary injury. I think he made it back to the NFL.
