This style of play with running and quick action seems to suit this team (except when Iverson is the floor) and the guys seemed to really enjoy themselves tonight.

Hoff was awesome and Nolan solid...and I really love the way Armelin finishes at the hoop...in a couple of years we are going to be loving this kid...I think he is going to be great!

Chip is a top rate finisher for sure! That kid would be starting if he could shoot. I love everything about his game. If he can develop into a serious threat around the arc, he'll be unstoppable.

Chip just needs a little arc on that shot. It's a better raw shot then Nolen's scatter-shot.

I'm sure the local wimpy so called sports reporters wil call that Tubby being way to tough on his players an won't be surpised to see another transfer soon. Its Big Ten bb and I just saw 2 teams just leave everything they had out on the floor. The only place for soft in this confernce is over on press row with the hog guts.

I know I had the best time at the barn I have ever had. A number of great performances. Hoff showed he can do more than shot the 3. Al was an iron man out there. When Mbakwe entered the game you could feel the team gain confidence.

Give credit to Jujuan Johnson. What a game that guy played. The gophers were usually in his face, but he couldn't be stopped. He is going to be big time NBA material.

Incredibly entertaining game tonight.

The offense still struggled at times, but for the first time this year I got the feeling there was no Gopher looking over his shoulder expecting to get yanked after a mistake. They all seemed to be playing a lot looser.

In particular, Rodney - who is like Brad Radke out there sometimes, the way his necks snaps back when he makes a mistake. Only 6 points, but great defense, *30* minutes, 3 assists and one huge, out-of-nowhere, critical, crunch-time block. (And one God-awful 3 pointer.)
