We can take the money we would have had to pay for a Big name and Game Changing Coach and spend it on Tubby's Basketball Facility!

Maybe we will be like Duke and emphasize Hoops? !!
 

Great idea. Build a new baseball stadium and then give Tubby anything and everything he asks for. Not a bad idea.

Ummm....no. Footbal drives revenue for the entire athletic department. Do you think baseball makes money for the U??? If the new TCF Stadium is half full, the programs will be cut, including John Anderson's precious little ball club.

I love it- Save Gopher Football sullies the search process then complains about the results. Maybe you should ask yourself what did YOU do to deliver a championship to our University? Did you whine and cry as much as you are doing now?
 

MSGOPHER--You also worship on the Alter of Mediocrity if you think Jerry Kill is a a game changing coach who can recruit, win, and inspire the apathetic masses. I may be alone but I am very disappointed but not surprised by this hire. Mediocrity is pervasive at the University. I am trying to find the positive, in that we can take the Extra Millions and put it into Basketball so we don't lose the only program that is prominent on the National map.

LMAO you sissy crybaby. You and your posse affirmatively undermined the coaching search by calling schools to give them fodder to keep their coaches from us. No you are bitching that we hired Jerry Kill, who has a better resume then your Marc Trestman.

I'd like to see if you can formulate a rational thought or if you are only capable of dribbling all over yourself like an infrant.
