Why does this board have so many BADger and Hawkeye fans masking as Gopher fans? I don't get it.
 

The xbox in their mothers basement isn't working? All jacked up off a case of mt dew/meth? Their sister/brother/cousin/deer carcass/pig said "not tonight"? Or they are just bored with their own teams shortcomings?

I have a feeling they are always lurking (creepy feeling) but outside of their respective hate weeks, they really come around when A) something bad happens for us B) something good happens for them C) combo of both.
 

Is it possible for GH to block IP addresses from east of the St Croix...and maybe south of Albert Lea?

Well, where can I start.... Let's start with this, first off, their football teams are better than ours for NOW!!!!

And lastly, THEY don't have a life!!!! They lock kids up in dog kennels, they eat human flesh, they have sex in the bathrooms at football games, they drink until their cousin is cute.
The best thing to come out of Wisconsin.... The Wisconsin river!! Why does the Mississippi River flow south....Iowa SUCKS!!!!

Pretty much sums it all up!!
 


Because this website is about hits, not Gopher athletics, so they allow Becky/Hogeyes trolls to come spout their sh!t on here non-stop. Kind of embarrassing, this website has basically turned into a sh!t show. I can see why people that like Gopher sports would go over to GI....
 

pigeye and becky grads (or drop-outs), can't find work in the state that they love. They have to settle (in their own minds, settle) in Minnesota. They are so jealous of the Minnesota people having good jobs and living in this great state that they take there frustrations out through the use of the interneet. Most of them are closet Gopher fans, they just can't admit that to themselves.

There are no good looking women in Wisconsin or Iowa, so they come on this board in the hopes that displays of knuckle-dragging machismo over the internet will attract a mate.
 

Just think how well the personal lives of these Badger and Squawkeye board lurkers must be going if they feel the need to pick on Gopher fans.
 

The real reason is that because our state is so much better than either Sconny or Iowa that we have to (unfortunately) deal with masses of BADger and Hawkeye fans move to the Cities and we are stuck having to live in amongst these idiots.
 



Not sure what Freud would have said about some of these “fans”, but I am pretty sure the U of M developed the MMPI just for these types of people.
 

I am a fan of Gopher BB and Wisconsin FB (I know its weird), and I get ripped for it all the time.

I think there is a lot of good discussion (when it does not get personal) and I enjoy other peoples views on things.

I agree than MN is a much better state to live in as well.

Sometimes there is a lack of sense of humor on the board, but overall I think it is pretty good.

I will give him some semblance of credit because he does offer some insight. the rest of these clowns contribute nothing, but a false sense of national importance with their programs.

Some people need to inflate their fragile little egos by boasting about the results of sporting events that they played absolutely no part in.

I spent lots of time in college in Madison and went to many Badger games, got to know a few players, and a couple from my HS played there, and became a more serious fan. I did shots with Ron Dayne at the Mifflin Block party in 1998 (I think) and have always just liked the team. I also liked red and white teams growing up. I am also a Nebraska fan.

I also like the Gophs FB team, but its been a tough road the last few years. The Michigan loss was really the starting point of my lack of passion for the squad, but I have been impressed with Kill, and hope he can turn it around.

I have always loved the BB team. My best friend growing up moved to Minnetonka three houses down from Clem Haskins, and he was a super nice guy. (I was about 10-12 years old when I would see him) and the 1989-1990 runs to the sweet 16 and elite 8 were awesome. I was at the U of M in 1997 when we went to the vacated final four, and the UCLA win might have been one of the most exciting times of college. I love the BB team with a passion, but have been frustrated, as have many, with the events this year and last. But I hope, and think, they will recover.

I'm not criticizing generally just wondering.
