To say Minnesota senior defensive back Cedric Thompson is excited about the upcoming season would be an understatement.
Thompson talks fast, and he knows it, but he was trying to slow it down at Big Ten Media Day in Chicago late last month.
He really couldn’t help himself though. Thompson’s enthusiasm for his team was obvious.
“This year is going to be outstanding,” Thompson said. “I can’t tell you what’s going to happen, but what I’ve been doing this summer, I’ve never felt anything like this before.”
