Pogemiller, while he tried to attach items to the bill to appease the Prospect Park neighborhood, got the bill through the senate. Remember, as majority leader he can bottle up any bill if he chooses. He was also one of the 9 senators to vote against the bill that caused no alcohol sales throughout the stadium.

Don't lump him in with Kahn.

Senator Pogemiller didn't do anything wrong this time, but he's extremely Machavellian. He tried killing the stadium while appearing to support it with the sports memorabilia tax that would have been killed by Governor Pawlenty (and therefore passing the blame).

And Jesus, GopherMartin. There are children that view this website. I'm going to have nightmares for months after seeing that picture, and I'll probably need therapy to regain my libido.
