GS: There are a lot of trophy games here at Minnesota. What trophy do you want to win the most?

MJ: The trophy I want to win the most is the Axe, but probably for a different reason than a lot of guys because I am not from Minnesota. But I was not able to play in the Wisconsin game last year and had to watch it and watch how they celebrated. So there is still a fire burning in there for Wisconsin.

Look's like Marcus Jones want's to do some chopping, chopping down some goal posts in Bucky land.
I still say the Pig is absolutely the most important trophy this year,
you have to defend what you have and beat Iowa. It's the first game and set's a precedent for the rest of conference play.
Would I like to see the Gophers win the other trophy's no doubt about it, but
keeping Floyd in Minneapolis and the Hawkeyes dirty hands off of Floyd is a must do for this year.
