Gophers won't appear on ESPN's Super Tuesday

Purdue will appear 4 times, Illinois, Ohio State & Michigan State 3 times.

I would imagine the composite Big Ten schedule will be released soon by the Big Ten offices, hopefully by the end of the week.

The Super Tuesday schedule won't change. Selections are based on who they feel will be in the top 4-5 of the conference, as well as match-ups that will likely get the best national ratings.

Now, if the Gophers come out strong, you could see CBS picking up games later in the year.

That's very true (or Saturdays), but there's just something about Super Tuesday that gives a game a little extra "oomph." When the Gophers start appearing on Super Tuesdays, we'll know they've officially arrived as a player in the Big Ten.
