It is interesting to watch this game because this Gopher team seems to lack the same level of talent that is on the current team, but they are constantly attacking the rim and driving to the hoop.
The 2008 Gophs ( and Tubby) look hungrier then their current versions. The offense is more palatable too (less slow it down, pass around the top of the key, and more driving to the rim and lockouts).
I think Tubby's current high-low offense is brutal in comparison. We may be better next year without Ralph and with a true center who stays down low.
