Gophers/USC Television

Anybody know if the opener is a nationally televised game? I know ABC is carrying it, but living in the
south I often get stuck watching an ACC game instead of the Big Ten.

The other ABC game at that time is Western Michigan vs Michigan. My guess is Chicago/Michigan/most of Ohio gets that game, but the rest of the country gets Gophers-USC.

I plan to be at the game, a short drive from Vegas. On another note I had some time to watch the B1G 10 network this weekend. Am I the only one who finds Matt Millen annoying? I must have watched parts of 3 games he did and was still waiting for him to say something interesting or insightful at the end of the 3rd game. Thank goodness Sean McDounagh (sp) is good enough to cover for him.

I was younger then but I remember Millen being good when he was on the NFL on Fox but since the Lions gig ended he is intolerable.

The game is a reverse mirror with WMU @ MI, so either you will get the game on ABC or ESPN2.
