Is it possible we wore these particular unis for a reason today? Weather? Visibility? What Ohio State is wearing? Special day? Serious question

Gold on Gold with white is awful. Look weaks! Maroon jerseys! Love the Gold helmets, but not with gold jerseys. Can't see how the players or seniors would pick these? But if that's what the players picked, I'm fine with it. It only matters how they feel and what they like.
 

kind of an odd choice. i assume that the buckeyes will be in white and gray. gophers in white and gold doesn't give much contrast in players. though, maybe that's a negative for a team that likes to throw a lot.
 

Gold over gold over maroon would be nice (see Gopher hockey). The lack of white in either the helmet or jersey makes the pant choice awful undershirt or not.
 



I'll reserve judgment until I see them on the field after the game has started. I think maroon pants would've been a better choice but we won last week with white pants so maybe the players are being superstitious. Or just a little stitious.

 

It's strange, I love the gold unis in basketball and hate them in football. This is not a good looking combo of helmet/uni/pants.

Gopherhole would shut down if people followed through on death wishes over uniforms.
 





A non-gopher fan texted me today and asked me when the gophers started wearing gold and that he loved the uniforms.

Personally, I love them.

Not my favorites. Big game: go with traditional maroon and gold. This uniform carousel is too gimmicky. Have maybe one special uniform for very special games (all maroons look great); otherwise have a traditional home uniform and ditto for road games (gold and white would be good).
