I heard about this a couple of weeks ago. I did the wedding of one of the guys in charge of the program, who used to be ticket manager for an NBA team. Great guy and thrilled to be back in the metro area. And anyone who has ever worked with the ticket office knows it cannot get any worse with an outsourced firm. I welcome the change, but will be torqued off if we see great deals being offered to single game buyers while we are paying premiums.
