I am missing something. How was this peer group established? I would think teams like Boston College, Mississippi State and TCU would seem to be performing closer to our level at this point than some of those.

I am missing something. How was this peer group established? I would think teams like Boston College, Mississippi State and TCU would seem to be performing closer to our level at this point than some of those.

I set the peer group prior to the season. Prior to the season all of these teams were expected to finish toward the bottom of their conference (like the Gophers), hence, track how all their seasons progress.
