I am super curious if Moorhead can make a run at the 6a title this year

They didn’t even make state but were in my opinion a top 3 5a team in the state last year. A ton back.

I should have added that a group of us went to Cancun for Spring Break one year and he ended up on an MTV show/contest where he ended up being named "King of Spring Break". I think he won a trip somewhere. He was destined for fame.

Wow that is a lot of road time. Would them being 6a not allow them to play a Fargo school or two?

6a is 32 teams closed loop
That would be fun though.

Hypothetically I’ve learned a 6a team could get out of 6a close loop if there was a mutually agreed upon opponent swap
 



I don’t recall too many games between the Spuds and ND teams recently anyways. The schedules are pretty short and the non conference matchups are usually used to size up ND teams in the west

I don't see the talent on OL and DL to compete for state. We shall see.
